Requirements
About the Role
We are recruiting to fill a range of roles, from intermediate to senior accountant, and your role will depend on your experience & expertise.
You’ll gain a broad range of experience, including, but not limited to:
- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for all types of entity;
- Providing tax and business advice to companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and self managed superannuation funds;
- Managing relationships by providing personal and dedicated service to our clients;
- Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of the client;
- Managing workflow and supervision of more junior accountants and bookkeepers where required.
About You
Ideally, the role will suit an enthusiastic professional who is keen to expand their knowledge and not shy to take on early responsibility.
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- CA/CPA qualified, or eligible to commence study;
- 2+5 years experience in a Public;
- Experience in compliance and advisory work for various business type – company, trust, partnership, individuals and SMSF;
- A thirst for tax, accounting and general business knowledge;
- Exceptional communication and presentation;
- Exposure to workflow and budget management;
- Ability to work autonomously.
