Break Projects into Smaller Steps: Divide complex tasks into smaller, manageable subtasks. This technique not only improves your efficiency but also helps protect your mental well-being by making the workload more digestible.

During stressful times, reaching out for support is essential. You can always find support in several ways:  

Colleagues and Mentors: Create a strong support system within your workplace. Your colleagues and mentors can help you navigate work-related challenges.They can provide valuable insights and emotional support. 

Friends and Family: Stay connected with supportive friends and family members outside of work. These relationships provide emotional support and help combat feelings of loneliness and isolation that can worsen stress.
