Technology Changes at S&W

Client Portal

We are currently working on implementing our new client portal, which is set to be launched in October 2016. This portal will significantly enhance our services and provide our valued clients with seamless communication and resource access. As leading accountants in Sydney, we are committed to leveraging technology to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients. Stay tuned for further updates on the launch of our client portal!

This new portal will enable us to publish client documents online via a secure platform so clients can review and electronically sign off their compliance documents online.

The portal will:

  • Enable us to provide clients with secure online documents in a timely fashion.
  • Enable our clients to access their documents anywhere they can access the Internet.
  • Enable our clients to upload documents to us via a secure portal.
  • Help us be a little greener by reducing our printing and paper consumption.

The system will notify our clients via email when a document has been published and is ready to be reviewed.

We will provide you with more details before we officially launch the portal.

Infrastructure upgrade

We have recently been going through a hardware upgrade and migration process. We have moved most of our infrastructure into a cloud-based environment thanks to fast-fibre.

While our clients and associates will not notice much of a change, it has been an exciting process that provides many benefits and keeps us abreast of ever-moving technology.

If you have any queries about the cloud or the portal, feel free to contact us.
